This short-term exchanges of groups of pupils consisted of a physical mobility of expert teachers and students (GROUP 1) to Belgium and a virtual learning mobility before and after the physical mobility. The focus of this mobility in Belgium was generation of renewable energy. PREPARATION PHASE: Preparation by all partners before the physical mobility to Belgium was realized through virtual learning between partners on the following topics – workshops on measuring of generated energy, apps – preparing presentation of renewable energy (solar energy, solar panels, windmills,…) – preparing presentation storage devices Preparation of sending partners (Slovakia): preparing all necessary actions, dealing with the physical mobility such as: – student selection – communications and agreements with the parents – transport booking – insurance – arrangement in school (exchange hours with other teachers) Preparation of receiving school (Belgium) – arrangement of accommodation for the incoming visitors – preparation lab set up – computer infrastructure – arrangements of cultural activities – declaration form – arrangement in school (exchange hours with other teachers) PHYSICAL PHASE: Students and teachers exchanged information during several workshops about: – presentation about renewable energy – measuring renewable energy produced by solar panels. – storage devices and energy consumption. Difference between digital and analog energy meters. – data logging of energy production and saving into real-time database – cloud based graphing and analyzing technologies for presenting measured data – creating ANDROID and iOS app for presenting measured data on smartphone or tablet We had a visit in Howest in the department energy management and VR/AR, to learn about the newest technology (using VR/AR in energy management) At the end students (GROUP 1) gave a presentation about the workshops they did during their Erasmus+ activities. EVALUATION PHASE: evaluation by all partners after the physical mobility to Slovakia was realized by Google Forms an conclusion was: – accommodation: very good,self-cooking was a successful formula – workshop: the students worked very hard on their workshop and they were motivated, they suggested also some changes in the descriptions of the workshop so we could improve it –  cultural activities, students of Slovakia loved Bruges, Ypres and Ostend – Students were impressed of their visit in Howest – students kept in touch with each other.
